ART EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Jessey Singh (she/her) is a senior majoring in Creative Writing with a minor in Professional and Technical Writing. She is the Arts Editor-in-Chief of Persona Creative, where is is dedicated to strengthening the art community on campus through the collective works of all art mediums. Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Jessey chose to come to the University of Arizona for the beautiful buildings and change of pace from scenery back home. She enjoys spending her time exploring the coffee scene in Tucson or spending time at home with her dog and cat. She is very much a closeted introvert with a passion for reading and a new obsession with building Lego sets. Jessey also enjoys traveling and hopes to obtain a career abroad upon graduation and grad school.

LITERARY EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Ash Johnston (any pronouns) is a senior majoring in English and psychology. They are currently the literary editor-in-chief of Persona and an editor at Pine Reads Review. She loves the sense of community Persona values and loves collaborating with other writers and artists. He enjoys running, painting, and drinking coffee.

ASSISTANT LITERARY EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Rysi Koos (she/her) is a junior majoring in Creative Writing with a minor in Adolescents, Community and Education (ACE). She is currently the assistant literary editor-in-chief at Persona. She also works as a tutor to studenrt athletes at C.A.T.S. Academics. She loves working with Persona because of its commitment to developing an artistic community at the University of Arizona. She thinks everyone should read Chainsaw Man by Tatsuki Fujimoto.

ASSISTANT ART EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Alexandra Castrejon (she/they) is an aspiring poet and book editor. She is a sophomore at the University of Arizona studying English Literature and French as a minor. She loves reading books and listening to music. She joined Persona because she loves editing and reading students’ works. She has a dog named Kiko.

SECRETARY

Heather Laurel Jensen (she/they) is a senior majoring in Creative Writing, Arabic, and Neuroscience. Currently, they are the secretary for UA's undergraduate literary magazine, Persona, and a research assistant in the Neuroscience of Emotion and Thought Lab. She joined Persona because, while she likes art and writing, she loves artists and writers, and wants to build a strong creative community here at the University of Arizona. Their favorite vegetable is the zucchini.
